Administrative accounts are created exclusively by the site’s Super Admin. If you are an administrator, we store your name, email address, and hashed password. Admin authentication is handled by NextAuth.js and is not available to general visitors.

FinWarms offers 30+ free online tools including a word counter, image compressor, QR code generator, color picker, and others. All of these tools process your data entirely within your browser (client-side). No files, text, images, or other input you provide to these tools is transmitted to our servers or any third-party server. Once you close or refresh the page, any data you entered is discarded. We have no access to and do not store any data you use with these tools.

Your data is stored in MongoDB Atlas with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain data for the following periods:

• Comments: Retained indefinitely while the associated article remains published, unless you request deletion.
• Newsletter subscriptions: Retained until you unsubscribe or request removal.
• Contact form messages: Retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Admin accounts: Retained for as long as the account is active.
• Analytics data: Governed by Google Analytics retention settings (default 14 months).
• Ad-related cookies: Governed by Google AdSense policies.

8. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With the third-party services listed in Section 6, strictly for the purposes described.
