1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Finaiver(“the Service,” “the Site,” or “we/us/our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Services

Finaiver provides the following services:

• Blog: Articles on fintech, AI in finance, and related builder topics that visitors can read, share, and comment on. Content is for general information and education; it is not tailored financial, legal, or tax advice.
• Free tools: A curated set of fintech-focused utilities published on our Tools hub: two calculators run entirely in your browser; three optional AI-assisted tools send the inputs you submit to our servers (and a third-party inference provider) only to generate a response, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Newsletter: An opt-in email subscription to receive updates and new content.
• Admin Panel: A restricted dashboard for authorized administrators to manage content, users, and site settings.

3. User Accounts

Finaiver does not offer public user registration. Administrative accounts are created exclusively by the Super Admin. If you are granted an admin account, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not attempt to access admin functionality without explicit authorization from the Super Admin.

Authentication is managed through NextAuth.js using secure, HTTP-only session cookies.

4. User-Generated Content (Comments)

Visitors may leave comments on blog articles by providing a name, email address, and comment text. By submitting a comment, you:

• Grant Finaiver a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display your comment on the site.
• Represent that your comment is your own original work and does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Agree not to post content that is spam, hateful, threatening, obscene, or illegal.
• Acknowledge that all comments are subject to moderation and may be edited or removed at our discretion without prior notice.

We reserve the right to ban users who repeatedly violate these comment guidelines.

5. Tools & AI outputs disclaimer

The calculators and AI-assisted tools on Finaiver are offered for general education and productivity only. Nothing on this site is personalised investment, tax, credit, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. Tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• Calculators (loan EMI, compound interest) run in your browser; inputs are not transmitted to our servers for those calculations.
• AI-assisted tools send the content you submit to our API so a model can return text or structured suggestions. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and must be verified by you.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any tool or AI output.
• Tools may be modified, updated, or removed at any time without notice.
• You use these tools at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of or reliance on these tools or generated content.

Tools are free to use unless we state otherwise. No attribution is required.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on Finaiver — including but not limited to blog articles, graphics, logos, page designs, and site code — is the intellectual property ofFinaiver and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

• You may share or link to our articles with proper attribution, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or republish our content without written permission.
• The free online tools are provided for your use but remain the intellectual property of Finaiver.
• User-submitted comments remain the intellectual property of their respective authors, subject to the license granted in Section 4.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using Finaiver, you agree not to:

• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access, crawl, or extract content from the Site without prior written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin panel, server infrastructure, or databases.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s functionality, servers, or connected networks.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Impersonate another person, entity, or Finaiver staff.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users or site administrators.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Site.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access and, where applicable, legal action.

8. Advertising (Google AdSense)

Finaiver displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads may use cookies and web beacons to collect information (including your IP address) for the purpose of serving relevant ads. By using this Site, you acknowledge that third-party advertisers may collect data as described in Google’s Advertising Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party advertisements.

You must not click ads to artificially inflate impressions or revenue, ask others to do so, or interfere with how ads are displayed. Violations may result in account termination by advertisers or platforms. Site operators follow Google AdSense Program policies.

9. Third-Party Links

Finaiver may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access such sites at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy policies independently. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Finaiver.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Finaiver shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Finaiver, its owner, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, any content posted on the Service, or any conduct of third parties on the Service. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Finaiver, its owner, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. This includes the right to remove comments, ban IP addresses, or deactivate admin accounts. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall remain in effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
