1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FinWarms(“the Service,” “the Site,” or “we/us/our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Services

FinWarms provides the following services:

• Blog: A collection of articles on fintech, AI fintech, and developer tooling that visitors can read, share, and comment on.
• Free Online Tools: 30+ free browser-based utilities (word counter, image compressor, QR code generator, color picker, and more) that process data entirely on your device.
• Newsletter: An opt-in email subscription to receive updates and new content.
• Admin Panel: A restricted dashboard for authorized administrators to manage content, users, and site settings.

3. User Accounts

FinWarms does not offer public user registration. Administrative accounts are created exclusively by the Super Admin. If you are granted an admin account, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not attempt to access admin functionality without explicit authorization from the Super Admin.

Authentication is managed through NextAuth.js using secure, HTTP-only session cookies.

4. User-Generated Content (Comments)

Visitors may leave comments on blog articles by providing a name, email address, and comment text. By submitting a comment, you:

• Grant FinWarms a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display your comment on the site.
• Represent that your comment is your own original work and does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Agree not to post content that is spam, hateful, threatening, obscene, or illegal.
• Acknowledge that all comments are subject to moderation and may be edited or removed at our discretion without prior notice.

We reserve the right to ban users who repeatedly violate these comment guidelines.

5. Free Online Tools Disclaimer

The free online tools provided on FinWarmsare offered “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Specifically:

• All tools run entirely in your browser (client-side). No data you enter is sent to our servers or stored anywhere.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of results produced by any tool.
• Tools may be modified, updated, or removed at any time without notice.
• You use these tools at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of or reliance on these tools.

The tools are free to use for personal and commercial purposes. No attribution is required.

• The free online tools are provided for your use but remain the intellectual property of FinWarms.
• User-submitted comments remain the intellectual property of their respective authors, subject to the license granted in Section 4.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using FinWarms, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin panel, server infrastructure, or databases.

8. Advertising (Google AdSense)

FinWarms displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads may use cookies and web beacons to collect information (including your IP address) for the purpose of serving relevant ads. By using this Site, you acknowledge that third-party advertisers may collect data as described in Google’s Advertising Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party advertisements.

This includes the right to remove comments, ban IP addresses, or deactivate admin accounts. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
